D.A. Increas By 3 percentage of Gujarat Government Employee

Gujarat government on saturday announced to increase the Dearness Allowance (DA) of more than 9.61 lakh employees and pensioners by 3 percent with retrospective effect of January 1, 2019

With this the DA has been increased from 9 to 12 %. DyCM cum Finance Minister Nitin Patel said that the increased salary would be paid from February month along with the arrears since July last year.

This decision would put an additional annual burden of Rs 771 crores on the state exchequer.

He said that a total of 9,61,638 employees and pensioners including 206447 employees of the state government, 225083 of Panchayati Institutions, 79599 others and total 450509 pensioners would be benefited from the increase.

Patel clarified that the total arrears since July would be paid at one time with February salary (to be paid in March this year).

In good news for over nine lakh state government employees and pensioners, the Gujarat government has hiked the dearness allowance (DA) to nine per cent from the existing seven per cent.

The increase of two per cent will come into effect retrospectively from July 1, 2018, announced Deputy Chief Minister Nitin Patel in Gandhinagar Thursday.

The hike will benefit over 5.11 lakh state government employees and over 4.5 lakh pensioners.

Deputy Chief Minister Shri Nitinbhai Patel said that the State Government has decided to give dearness allowance of Rs. 01.01.2019 to 3 lakh employees / employees and state pensioners of 3%. The dearness allowance will be paid with the salary of July-2013, which will give additional burden of Rs 1071 crore annually to the state government.

Shri Patel added that Chief Minister Shri Vijaybhai Rupani has made several decisions for government employees, as part of which the decision has been taken after discussions today. 2,06,447 of the state government, 2,25,083 of the panchayat department, 79,599 and 4,50,509 pensioners were found by other employees, total 9,61,638 officers / employees and pensioners were granted the State Finance Seven Benefits of the Finance Commission According to which pay and pension are currently paid.

He said that the officers and employees of the state government, panchayat and other grantable organizations are being benefitted with seven pay pensions. Government of India sanctioned 2% dearness allowance from 01.07.2018. State government officials and employees are being paid 9% dearness allowance in addition to their salary. The Government of India has declared 3% dearness allowance for more than 3% dearness allowance in the state government, in respect of which the state government officials and employees have decided to pay more 3% dearness allowance on center basis and with the payment of salaries of July-2013 The increase of this 3% dearness allowance will be paid in cash from July 01, 2010, with effect from 01.01.2019. Due to this decision, the state government will increase the burden of an estimated Rs 1071 crore annually.

PM Kisan Nidhi list 2019: After the budget announcement of PM Kisan Samman nidihi yojana, there was wave of happiness among farmers of India. Now those who were interested can check their name in PM kisan yojana beneficiary list 2019. Under this scheme, farmer will get Rs. 6000 in three installment. Those who are eligible under Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana Beneficiary list will find their name. To download the pm kisan.nic.in.list, citizens can follow these steps or visit the direct link provided below.

Name of the scheme ::::
PM-KISAN scheme means 'Prime Minister Kisan Honor Nidhi'.

Main purpose:

As a part of enhancing the income of the farmers by the Government of India, Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme has been declared as a 100% Centrally Sponsored Scheme to help small and marginal farmers.

Help Standard:

Rs. 6000 / - per year per farmer family will be available through Direct Benefit Transfers (DBT). Those three equal installments will be paid within four months. In which the first installment will be as of 01/12/2018 to 31/03/2016.

Eligibility for getting help :::

Farmer family having two hectares of land [husbands, wives and minor children (those under the age of 18), who jointly hold their two hectares of cultivable land, are eligible for assistance.

Right to Information Act standards:

Farmer name, village, taluka, support number, category, IFSC code and bank account details.

What to do to benefit the farmer's family?

Applicants seeking benefit of this scheme should apply online through the service provider (https://www.digitalgujarat.gov.in/) portal set up in their village till 17/02/2019.
To apply through service providers such as Village Computer Engineer (VCE), Milk Board, Co-operative Society, any other government or co-operative institution / person.
The applicant will have to print the form along with details of the details and relevant attestation sign and deposit the check / pass book for the bank account details and the self-certified copy of the support card will be deposited at the Data Entry Center. Talati will have to collect all the details / documents. If there is no Aadhar card as the first installment of the first year of implementation of the scheme, in that case, the enrollment number, driving license, election card, etc. should be given as identity card.
If a person with a name named Land Records in the land holder farmer family does not live in the village or does not live in the village, then another adult person from the farmer family can present his affidavit on their behalf. For which the nominee will have to mention his name and the relationship with the land holder under the agreement.
The applications will be eligible for granting permission to the Gram Sabha

Standards for land holder:

For calculation of land holder, the land holder's status will be taken for the date of 01/02/2019.
In the case other than the inherited right to transfer due to the death of the land holder, this benefit will not be available to any new land holder for the next five years.
Tue In the period from 01/12/2011 to date 01/02/2019, the land holder registered as a land holder will be benefited from the registration date for land land in the land record,
In the case of such cases where the right to own the cultivable land for the reasons of purchase, inheritance, will, gift, etc. have been transferred from the date of 01/12/2018 to 31/01/2019 for the first installment of the financial year 2018-19, For the period 31/3/1994, the benefit will be four months away.

Who is not entitled to help:

Beneficiaries under the scheme will be required to count the excluded excluded businessmen and the following.

Service and retired (all) - All the public enterprises of the Central / State Government's Ministry / Offices / Departments and its Regional Offices, Central and State Government, all autonomous and affiliated organizations of the Central and State Government and regular (Multi-Tasking Staff / Class- 4 / Group-D) All officers, employees
4. All the retired / retired pensioners out of B-2/3 who earn Rs. Receiving 10,000 / - or more pensions (except for multi-tasking staff / class-4 / group-d)
5. In the last assessment year, income tax paid taxpayers and professionals such as doctors, engineers, lawyers, charted accountants and architects who are registered with professional organizations and have occupation in practice.
