High relief to the Modi government, the Supreme Court did not give a stay on 10% reservation


New Delhi: The Supreme Court has issued a notice to the Central Government on granting 10% of the income to economically weaker sections. But refused to stay on the reservation. However, the Supreme Court says it will hear the petitioner's application. The court has given four weeks to respond to the Central Government.

The applicant says that the government has approved 10 percent of the authors without getting the numbers. The notice has been issued against the central government for granting 10 percent reservation to the weaker section on economic basis. Futon has refused to stay on the reserve. However, the Supreme Court says that the hearing on the applicant's application will be heard.



Modi government played his drum on the announcement of economic reservation. The Supreme Court has issued notice to the Central Government on a PIL hearing on prevention of 10% reservation in education and employment. The court has refused to ban this arrangement at present. The bench, chaired by Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi, has issued notices to the government on this issue. Refusing to stop immediately, he said that we will inspect the issue on its own level. The court will hear the applications filed on this issue in four weeks.

Public interest was applied to 10% reservation on economic basis by constitutional research in the Supreme Court. The request was sought to ban the immediate implementation of the application. The Supreme Court refused to ban the reserve, but the court ordered the Central Government to respond and give the reply.

A new law has been filed before the Supreme Court to give 10% reservation to the economically backward sections of the general category. An application has been filed from Tahsin Poonawala and it has been said that the fundamental sense of the Constitution is blurring. Now the Central Government has to put its own party in court in this matter in 4 weeks.

The applicant says that the restriction has been fixed at 50 percent for the reserve limit, which has been violated in this law. Earlier on this case, the doctors from other NGOs, Skill Kant Mishra also filed an application. It is said in the petition that reservation is given on the basis of social backwardness in Article 16 of the Constitution. The central government has done research in the constitution and has a link on economic basis. While there is no provision of reservation on economic basis in the constitution itself.
